Steve Forey, Sales & Marketing Director: has been responsible for B2B sales and business development with multinational companies and a variety of small to medium-sized companies for over 20 years. He has experience in a number of sectors, including publishing, printing, sport, and business consultancy. He started-up, and eventually sold his own magazine distribution company before becoming a Director of Business Link, the government business support agency. He set up Sales21 in November 2000 to provide smaller companies with access to professional sales services.
Justin Segal, Client Services Director: has been involved in sales, marketing and client management for over 10 years. Most recently, he was a director of Gallery of Costume and Textiles, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, press and client relations. Prior to this, he was European agent and project manager for Layla Moussa design where he was in charge of growing the company and increasing brand awareness. Justin worked or 6 years as a senior trainer at Linguarama, where he devised programmes and managed a team of staff to ensure that their performance was in line with the client's brief.
Roy O'Neil, Senior Sales Consultant: A sales performance specialist experienced in sales and marketing strategy development. Roy works with sales, marketing and product teams in creative thinking, problem solving and strategic team planning. He also delivers coaching, training programmes and facilitation sessions for cross functional teams to achieve business performance improvements. Prior to joining Sales21 Roy's business experience was gained in leading international organisations including IBM and NCR, where he was European Marketing Director responsible for $150m revenue.

Marcus Eden- Ellis, Tender Bids: was Commercial Director for Office Depot and this and his previous senior sales positions were responsible for the development of his competitive bid writing skills.

Marcus is a highly regarded and sought after speaker on the subject of bids and tenders and has delivered training courses throughout the UK and Europe.

Stephen Dyer, Senior Telesales Consultant: has many years of telemarketing and telesales experience and is particularly skilled in identifying appropriate decision makers and at booking appointments with buyers at a senior level. He has worked across numerous business sectors and also has experience of the public sector.
Tim Dawson, Senior Telemarketing & Research Consultant: is highly experienced in carrying out research and telemarketing campaigns focused on business development and has worked successfully across a number of sectors ranging from Financial Services to the Leisure Industry.
