FIX AN APPOINTMENT

Some sales people are really effective at face-to-face meetings but find it
difficult to make appointments on the telephone. Many companies recognise
that different skill sets are required for these two, distinct, parts of the
sales process. Companies with sufficient resource often employ
separate teams to fix appointments or outsource this to traditional telemarketing companies. Both of these options are highly costly and are out of the reach of
many SME's.

Sales21 are able to offer an appointment-fixing service tailored to meet your needs that will take into account your ability to carry out the appointments.

No charge is made until Sales21 fix an agreed appointment. You only pay for calls where appointments have been made, all other calls are disregarded.

As an example: 100 calls made, 20 appointments gained, - a typical 1:5 strike rate - you are only charged for the 20 successful calls.

We do not charge by the hour - you pay a
fee for a confirmed appointment, plus the cost of telephone calls.
