IDENTIFY DECISION MAKERS / INFLUENCERS

Sales and marketing resource is often wasted by contacting individuals within target companies who do not have the authority to buy.
Identifying a named individual with the authority to purchase your
products / services is the first step in any successful sales campaign.

This is not always as easy as it sounds, particularly when you are trying to penetrate key, 'blue-chip' accounts. Even when you pass 'the gatekeeper' you will often find that buying decisions are made by a team of decision-makers and influencers, not always by one individual.

Sales21 telesales staff are highly trained in identifying the key individuals in the decision-making process.

No cost is incurred until Sales21 have successfully identified a decision-maker / influencer with the authority and interest in buying your products / services.

You only pay for the calls where an appropriate decision-maker/influencer is identified - all other calls are disregarded in the cost matrix.
As an example: 100 calls made; 20 decision-makers identified - a typical 1:5 strike rate - but you are only charged for the 20 successful calls.

We do not charge by the hour - you pay a fixed rate ranging from £2 to £5 for identifying a decision-maker and for the cost of the telephone calls.
